Important COVID-19 Prevention Announcement
The Ministry of Education had adjusted the preventive measures against COVID-19 recently, and thus the regulation for COVID-19 in NCKU was amended.
The amendment of the regulation for self-initiated epidemic prevention:
After entering Taiwan from abroad, everyone should perform a 7-day self-initiated epidemic prevention.
If there is a person diagnosed with COVID-19 who lives with you, you are required to perform different days of self-initiated epidemic prevention depending on vaccination status. For people who have completed 3 or more doses of vaccines, a 7-day self-initiated epidemic prevention is required. For people who only received two or fewer doses of vaccines, a 3-day quarantine is required (entering the campus is not allowed during this period), followed by another 4-day of self-initiated epidemic prevention.
The above period of self-initiated epidemic prevention: you may enter the campus or attend class when you are asymptomatic and have a negative result for COVID-19 test in recent 2 days. If you feel any discomfort, please rest or seek medical attention, instead of entering campus.
For people who are diagnosed with COVID-19, please conduct a rapid test after completing a 7-day quarantine period. Then, entering campus is allowed when the test result is negative.
